Staff Visit - At Pennell & Partners we believe that, to best sell a property from the office, our sales staff should have first-hand knowledge of your property; to this end we will arrange for at least one of the sales negotiators to visit your property so they know exactly what your property is like and what it is they are selling.
Viewings arranged to suit you - When arranging viewings on your property we can offer several options to suit you; all viewings will be arranged by appointment, we can accompany them if you wish, if you would prefer you can show them around, alternatively if you prefer we can securely hold a key for us to show your property – or any mixture of the aforementioned to suit.
