Tenant Referencing - Pennell & Partners place great importance on getting the right tenants for you. All our tenants are fully referenced and credit checked.

Rent payments - At Pennell & Partners we appreciate that the rent is rightfully yours and will pay you straight away upon receipt and will send you a statement confirming the payment of funds.
Ongoing Maintenance - Inevitably, during any tenancy, some property maintenance will be required. We will always call you first to discuss your options and we never spend your money without discussing it with you first.
Regular Inspections - Pennell & Partners will carry out regular inspections during the tenancy and send you a report detailing any issues found.
